How do I register on your platform? Are there any registration charges?
Do you have a credit facility?
Is there any minimum quantity to place an order?
Yes, the minimum quantity to order a commodity grade is 5 MT. For engineering polymer grades, the minimum order quantity can be as low as 1 MT.
Is freight separate over prices received?
No, the prices are at delivered rates – so freight is already included in the price.
Do you provide COA?
Yes. In most cases, we do provide a COA on request.
Where are you located?
Our corporate office is in Pune, but we do supply pan-India.
What if the quality of the material is not accurate after delivery?
Since the product is already coming in fully sealed packaging from the factory, 99.99% of cases will have no issues or damage of any sort whatsoever. In the rare case of any issues, we will provide a credit note for the same.
How will I be able to track my order?
We share the driver/transporter details with you once the loading has been completed. You can reach out to the driver directly to understand the estimated delivery time.
Can I order multiple grades at the same time?
You can club a maximum of 2 grades per order with a minimum required quantity of 5 MT each, subject to availability of both grades in the same warehouse.
Can I place my vehicle for loading?
No, we work in F.O.R delivered basis.
Can I sell my excess inventory through you?

How long does it take to deliver the order?
95% of our orders are delivered within a 48-hour timeframe. In the rare case that the transit time may be higher, we will keep you apprised of the same.
Do you offer any discount for advance payment?
Yes, for all advance payments, you can avail a discount of 30 paisa per kg.
Will there be any unloading charges?
Yes. Unloading is the responsibility of you, the buyer, hence these charges shall be borne by you.
