The problem we are solving:
Unlike the B2C industry which has seen a great use of technology in almost every step of the process chain, the B2B industry (in India) is mainly an offline business where the only technology commonly used are Emails and Phone calls.
Given that raw-material costs accounts for more than 90% of the cost of the final product, it is very important for the manufacturers to ensure they receive transparent prices for their raw-materials and a robust and reliable delivery of the same. KRAs:
- Ability to work independently or with other team members (Pair programming etc).
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Ensure timely completion of development activity.
- Prepare training documents and provide training to internal teams on tools.
