Job Responsibilities :
- Region’s Growth: Achieving and surpassing targets for the assigned region. This includes developing and implementing effective trade strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers in the region. This includes understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Leading and managing a regional sales team. This involves setting sales targets, providing guidance and support to team members, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Economy: Ensuring the profitability of the regional business operations by closely monitoring trade margins, managing costs, and implementing effective pricing strategies.
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities within the region. This includes evaluating potential buyers & suppliers to expand the company’s presence and offerings.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports and providing insights on regional performance, market trends, and key metrics. This information helps in evaluating the effectiveness of strategies and making data-driven decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes managing and mitigating business risks, such as legal, financial, and operational risks, within the region.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamlining regional business operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. This involves identifying and implementing process improvements, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
